The Challenge
A legacy system called inCare that has existed for over 20 years was in need of modernization. The replacement system was built by a consulting firm in 18 months. The challenge; Agiliti needed to bring the product support and enhancement in house.
The Solution
Agiliti wanted to move fast. They needed to boost their team quickly with skilled developers who could understand the previously written programs, improve them, enhance them, and support them. Agiliti tasked HandCloud to provide the developer support they needed to quickly and efficiently complete the project, and then provide ongoing support.
The Results
With a six month deadline to migrate support and development to the internal team, HandCloud was able to do this in half the time, where vendor support is no longer needed. Where it could take months for bugs and features to be developed, HandCloud has reduced those turn around times to days and weeks.
